Welcome to British International Primary School

British International Primary School (BIPS) is one of Lusaka’s most popular international primary schools, delivering the Oxford International Curriculum and the English National Curriculum to children from around the world.

With two campuses — our Early Years Foundation Stage campus on Zambezi Road and our Primary campus in Kalundu — BIPS provides a seamless educational journey for children aged 2 to 11.

The school opened its doors in January 2009 and was established to meet the increasing demand for high-quality international education in Lusaka.

BIPS prides itself as a family school, where students, teachers and parents work together to create a nurturing learning environment. The school focuses on learning together, caring for one another and developing a deep understanding of others — truly preparing students “for success in a changing world.”
